Ruth Care Services provides trained caregivers, nurses, babysitters, and support staff for in-home and assisted care requirements. We act as a service provider facilitating qualified personnel based on client needs.
2. Service Engagement
Service requests made through our website, phone, or any communication channel shall be treated as a formal request for services.
Submission of our service form, along with acceptance of terms and/or signature, may constitute a binding service agreement.
3. Payments & Fees
All services are chargeable as per the agreed rates.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Delay in payment may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.
All payments made are non-refundable, including in cases such as service cancellation or patient demise.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of dissatisfaction, a replacement will be arranged within a reasonable timeframe/ on the basis of availability.
Service days may be adjusted accordingly, at the discretion of Ruth Care Services.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide a safe and suitable working environment
Ensure respectful and appropriate treatment of assigned staff
Share accurate and complete information regarding the patient’s condition
Provide adequate food of good quality and quantity to the assigned staff
6. Limitation of Liability
Ruth Care Services shall not be held liable for any unforeseen incidents, medical complications, or outcomes beyond reasonable control.
We do not assume responsibility for actions or omissions beyond the scope of assigned duties.
7. Staff Conduct & Usage
Staff provided are for agreed duties only.
Any misuse, reassignment, or unlawful engagement of staff is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
Charges for services already rendered shall remain payable.
9. Privacy & Data Usage
Client information is collected solely for service delivery and operational purposes.
We may use cookies and tracking tools on our website to enhance user experience.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and visuals, is the property of Ruth Care Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
11. Website Usage Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability of website content.

12. Amendments

13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, with specific reference to the applicable laws in force within the State of Goa.
The parties hereby expressly agree that all disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vasco, Goa.
Each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction on grounds of venue, forum non conveniens, or otherwise.
14. Non-Solicitation & Non-Employment of Staff
The client expressly agrees that:
Any nurse, caregiver, babysitter, maid, or staff member introduced or deployed by Ruth Care Services shall remain associated solely through the company during the course of service.
The client shall not directly or indirectly solicit, hire, employ, engage, or retain any such staff member for independent or private employment, whether during the term of service or for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the staff member ceases to be associated with Ruth Care Services.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the staff member resigns, is terminated, or discontinues services with Ruth Care Services.
In the event of a breach of this clause, the client shall be liable to pay a placement/recovery fee or penalty, as determined by Ruth Care Services, to compensate for business loss and recruitment costs.
The client acknowledges that this clause is fair and reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of Ruth Care Services.
