1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing prior notice.
Before service commencement: Eligible for refund after deduction of registration/processing charges.
After service has started: No refund will be applicable for the period services have already been provided.
2. Replacement Policy
At Ruth Care Services, we prioritize service continuity and client satisfaction.
In case of dissatisfaction, a replacement caregiver/nurse/maid/babysitter will be provided.
Replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable timeframe with valid reasons.
Replacement will be arranged within a mutually agreed period, subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
No refund will be provided once the service has commenced.
If a client discontinues the service midway, the remaining amount will not be refunded, but may be:
Adjusted against a replacement (if applicable), or
Adjusted in future services (case-to-case basis).
4. Special Conditions
In the unfortunate event of patient demise, no refund will be applicable.
If the client directly hires or employs the caregiver introduced by Ruth Care Services:
This will be considered a breach of agreement, and
Applicable penalty/recruitment charges will be enforced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide a safe and respectful working environment.
Clearly communicate job expectations at the time of onboarding.
Ensure timely payment as per agreed terms.
6. Service Non-Performance
If a caregiver fails to perform duties due to valid reasons:
A replacement will be arranged.
Service days lost will be adjusted accordingly.
