1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing prior notice.

  • Before service commencement: Eligible for refund after deduction of registration/processing charges.

  • After service has started: No refund will be applicable for the period services have already been provided.

2. Replacement Policy

At Ruth Care Services, we prioritize service continuity and client satisfaction.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, a replacement caregiver/nurse/maid/babysitter will be provided.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable timeframe with valid reasons.

  • Replacement will be arranged within a mutually agreed period, subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be provided once the service has commenced.

  • If a client discontinues the service midway, the remaining amount will not be refunded, but may be:

    • Adjusted against a replacement (if applicable), or

    • Adjusted in future services (case-to-case basis).

4. Special Conditions

  • In the unfortunate event of patient demise, no refund will be applicable.

  • If the client directly hires or employs the caregiver introduced by Ruth Care Services:

    • This will be considered a breach of agreement, and

    • Applicable penalty/recruitment charges will be enforced.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and respectful working environment.

  • Clearly communicate job expectations at the time of onboarding.

  • Ensure timely payment as per agreed terms.

6. Service Non-Performance

If a caregiver fails to perform duties due to valid reasons:

  • A replacement will be arranged.

  • Service days lost will be adjusted accordingly.
